Opening Hours:

For paddock hire: We are open 7 days per week from 7am - 7pm (8pm in summer), this can vary if we have an event or advanced training on that day but will simply show as unavailable to book if the paddock is already in use.

For day care hours: Mon-Fri 7am-7pm

For grooming: Our salon is open 10am-7pm Mon, Thur and Fri. 9am - 6pm Saturday and 9am - 4pm Sunday.

For intensive training we are open during the day care hours however the training phone lines are open 7am-5pm to allow for all evening hand overs.

Our booking system displays a live calendar to show you all current available days and times that are still available and can be booked, please click the book online tab to secure any slots you require. We do have lots of regulars who book up certain time slots each week up to a year in advance so if a time doesn't show up on the booking page it simply means it is booked already.

Does the field have lights for evening walks?

Yes, we do have 2 spotlights which have been aimed to cover the field, however, the lights do not cover every inch of the field due to its large size and over the second half the lights do not fully cover its full distance. That said you can see and are able to use the field in an evening :D I will add some images to show you what it looks like when it is lit up - we are also waiting for an update about extending electrics down the field to add in an additional light at the bottom to fully cover the space.

What happens when I arrive?

Updated since opening: Due to the sharp turn, we have altered the one-way route as per the below map. Also please note - you may help yourselves to the towels, brollies, treats, poo bags and toys provided :D, we just ask you return them at the end or place used towels in the laundry basket.

When you arrive for field hire: if it is your slot the gate should be pinned open for you to pull in and close the gate, if it is already closed the customer before you may be still coming off, its ok to arrive a little early but please wait in your car until the customer before you has left as many customers have nervous dogs. (Do not enter paddock before your time slot starts, as users may be in the field with other dogs)

We ask that your dogs remain in the car until you have closed the gate securely when parking on the field, alternatively if you use the parking spaces outside the field please ensure your dog remains on the leash until the field gate is closed, this is to respect all customers who may have anxious or aggressive dogs and to avoid cross overs for everyone's safety.

We request you monitor your time and begin retrieving your dog and making your way towards the entrance around 5 minutes before the slot is up, this is to prevent any cross overs with other bookings. Should you struggle to retrieve your dog please let us know and we will help.

For Daycare, please pull up at the Fleurs Friendly field office (blue route on the map) and we will come out for the hand over to collect/drop off your dog. UPDATE SEE OUT NEW SOCIAL DISTANCING COVID DROP OFF PROCEDURE ON YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL

Our policy is to give customers peace of mind that we will have these systems in place to avoid any cross overs and be on hand during your private slot.

Will it be just me in the paddock?

Yes, the paddock hire is for your own sole use (unless stated otherwise, for example, you attend a training class or share with your friend).

Can I share the field with a friend and their dog?

Yes, however, your friend must be registered as a member or they cannot enter, our policy requires us to know who uses the paddock. If it is a last minute decision, not to worry! We will have sign up forms on site where they can pop their details on the list.

Please note it is your responsibility to ensure the dogs get along before sharing, we cannot be held liable for any incidents.

What happens if I am late?

Unfortunately, we cannot allow extra time, your time slot will still end as originally booked as there are likely to be appointments booked following your slot. However, please let us know as soon as possible and if there is no booking following we will try our best to accommodate you.

Can I reschedule?

Yes, you can reschedule directly on the booking system or by hitting the change appointment button at the bottom of your confirmation email, you do not lose your payment (if already paid) if you reschedule your payment is simply transferred over to your next booking. We recommend this as an alternative to canceling as if you need to cancel within the 24 hours this cannot be refunded.

What if I cant make it?

Please contact us and we will try to accommodate the best we can; however our standard policy is that if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment this cannot be refunded as above we recommend you reschedule the appointment instead, if you fail to reschedule or cancel before your booked time begins we will be unable to transfer it. You must cancel or reschedule before the time begins.

Can I bring a picnic for field hire?

Yes, seating areas will be provided for rests or picnics whilst your dog(s) play! We will be unable to allow for the likes of BBQs or cooking of any sort for insurance purposes but please bring along a picnic and make yourself at home!

Can I use the agility equipment?

Yes, however, please see the below relevant terms:

The equipment is for canine use only. Before using the facility or the equipment within it, visit the vet to ensure that dogs are physically fit and strong enough to perform activities.

Do not use equipment in wet or icy conditions as surfaces become slippery.

Dogs must never be picked up and placed on obstacles. When using equipment above ground level dogs must wear a harness so that they can be supported during the exercise.

Never push dogs to do anything that they are not physically or mentally capable of. Allow dogs to go at their own pace and always give them the option of not doing something.

Always start with small versions of skills practiced in a slow and controlled way with several repetitions. Shaping techniques (rewarding for each successive step that is closer to the final goal) are recommended.

Ensure dogs warm up properly with several repetitions of smaller, slower, simpler behaviors prior to working on the more complicated skills.
